Digital training for Cameroon’s public servants
Global Learning delivers the Training and Capacity-Building Programme in Digital Transformation for Public Servants through an E-Learning Platform. Five certifying modules, designed for Cameroon’s public service, to follow at your own pace — even without an Internet connection.

The programme
Each module runs over about ten days, online and at your own pace: eight one-to-two-hour courses, a skills assessment at the end of each course, a cross-cutting project applied to a real situation in your own department, a guided revision day, then a final exam marked out of 100. Passing it earns the official end-of-training certificate.
All five modules are open for enrolment — start with the one that serves your role best.
Digital transformation and the citizen relationship

This training is delivered under the Cameroon Digital Transformation Acceleration Project (PATNUC), under contract No. 011/MINPOSTEL/PATNUC/UGP/CSPM/SJPM/2026. It is open to public servants of every administration, across the whole country.
